Ok fellas, one more question before I get 'er all screwed down:

If I was to dime a 100w head into this 4x12 cab (I would never do this, this is hypothetical lol)...then each speaker would receive 25w of power (25% of the wattage load placed on the cab) right? If it's wired for 8ohms in series-parallel.

I guess what I am asking is that if the cab is wired for series-parallel, and matching ohms (8), then each speaker will always receive 25% of the wattage going into the cab from the amp, correct?

not exactly, a cranked 100 watter actually puts out 150+ watts. Otherwise smack on
