I recently bought a deluxe memory man with tap tempo. Rate didn't work. Sent it in with a check for 12 dollars for return shipping. They said that they wouldn't cash the check if I owned the pedal for less than 90 days. I had just bought it. They cashed the check and sent my working pedal back with no knobs. I was able to contact someone and they sent me some knobs, a shirt and some strings for the troubles.

In my experience, the people at EHx have been able to help me. I've called dozens of times with all sorts of questions, and sent a big muff pi and memory toy for repairs. I only paid $5 for each pedal for shipping to them.

usually when i have had problems with switches going out i just took my pedals to a local shop and had them replace it. never costed me more than $10. plus i could take it home with me that day and not have to wait for ti to be gone for a few weeks.

From this continent, I don't have direct contact to the company but I guess the boss of the shop where I've been buying all the stuff for ages is one of the nicest chaps around, he was always great when it came to guarantee issues. As long as he supports EHX gear, I don't worry.
