Pickup a used one and I checked the circuit board and its made by maxon, I guess there not that rare but are they better made/sounding then the new ones?

the maxon branded pedals are better mainly cos they have a heavier enclosure and true bypass switching. There is really not much difference from the ibanez/maxons to the other ibanez pedals that cannot be tailored by a couple of component changes."Technique is really the elimination of the unneccessary ... it is a constant effort to avoid any personal impediment or obstacle to acheive the smooth flow of energy and intent"
