  • Messing around with a Vintage Oliver amp. Has a touch of Brown to it...



    Tinkering with the odd and quirky, so thought this was well worth tossing up... Love the amp, big and open sounding.... HighOrder bucker is driving my 83 Roadstar, wound to 8.2 with an A2 magnet if I recall.... Just messing a bit.

    Pic is not of my head, but it is this model...

        I love amps that look cute and innocent, and then knock walls down. This one is a classic example, you would never guess the monster within!

                        Used to use Olivers and tons of Ampegs in most of the smaller rehearsal studios in Lower Manhattan during the late 70s/80s.
