I haven't played any phaser pedal but I am definitely intrigued. I found this phaser pedal, link below to youtube, but to me it sounds more like a univibe. What do the experts think (you)? Is this a typical phase 90 style or maybe 45?

    handbuilt phaser pedal....nice and subtle.......enjoy.http://deadastronaut.wix.com/index

Reminds me of my old 45, very watery and dreamy, different than the Ross I had and different than the 90 copy I have. The 45 is pretty magical, pure liquid.... I also have an old Roland AP-2 which gets the watery thing, but is thicker sounding...

Awesome. Thanks for the feedback. I really like it, I guess because it's nto as thick as the traditional phase 90, I thought it might be more of a thin univibe.

I have a vintage Phase 45, and it can get those tones pretty nicely when the voltage trimpot is set right.

Man, that trim is might hard to find the sweet spot on. 1mm EITHER WAY and you change everything... Love it to death now, but had a bit of a fight with it.

I know, right? It's a pain in my ass. Oh well. I actually replaced mine with a Voodoo Labs Micro Vibe. Whenever I turned on the 45, I just found myself wishing it sounded more like a vibe. Still a killer pedal though.
