Will the 2 inputs on an AC15 blend with an A/B/Y box?

Title says it all. I have a guy trying to split his signal with an ABY box, and run into both inputs. Will that work that way.

I remember a buddy of mine and myself doing that with 2 different guitars and it worked. Will this work as well?

Yes, they should. At least they do on the AC15C1.
