That is such a cool pedal. But geeze, I don't need any more GAS myself right now.

I think Strymon is going to be a big contender in the pedal world. If they weren't so pricey, they'd be way more popular. For that reason, they'll always be something I look out for on the used market.

My newest pedal, the Lex Rotary, is one of the coolest modulation pedals I've ever owned.
        It's a lifetime keeper.

One person who's tonal opinions I respect more than most is 65 Amps Dan Boul. He's also a recent Strymon convert.

Strymon is already a huge hit. I remember when they first came out with the Timeline - people were selling them on ebay for $800, and people were actually buying them for that much.

I got to play the El Capistan and hear the Timeline in person - they're fabulous products. I'm getting the El Capistan once I have the money.

Got the El Cap and no regrets about spending so much on a pedal and wouldn't mind a BlueSky.

It's on my list of pedals to get once I start a board.

If you had your choice between the new timeline and the El Cap., which would you go for????

Mullets are now back in style?
Political Correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

I'd go for the El Capistan. I don't need all the features the Timeline offers. Plus, the Capistan sounds better than the Timeline's dTape algorithms.

                      BOTH!!

The El Cap is really great, as is most the Strymon stuff. Have an El Cap(had two), have a Blue Sky, had a Lex, and borrowed a Timeline for a few weeks. All amazing pedals that are in my opinion worth the price/hype.

Cant wait til they start makin drive pedals
