I have a new amp and It's a Top Hat King Royal
I should get it next week. I bought the amp from
Martin Music in Memphis TN IT'S A 35watt Class A
and it spent it life in a studio. It has 4 EL84 3 12ax7
and a 5u4 Rectifer Tube and it's mint. Does anyone
on this board play thru a Top Hat

I have a '97 Top Hat, Club Royale. It's a 20 watt amp with two EL84 power tubes and it sounds great!

I played a used one at Guitar Center a long time ago. I don't know if they updated it since then but the one I played was superb. Congratulations and don't make us wait too long for a full review.

They were one of the best 90's boutique companies, doing a similar thing to Matchless, Bad Cat, and Dr. Z. I really like everything they make, because they're still in business.
It seems they've gone in a more art deco aesthetics in recent years, which is cool.

Years ago, I had an Emplexador head go through my hands.
