With the amp set at 8 Ohms.
I'm presuming that when you plug into the stereo socket it splits the speakers as it says on the panel. Other stereo boxes have a switch for this. So just plug one output into the stereo socket and leave the other empty. [ Mono ] Plug your other cabinet into the other output on the amp.

The other cabinet should be set to Mono and plugged into the 16 Ohm socket.

Alternatively run/plug into the Orange at 8 Ohms Mono and the Marshal switched to stereo and plug into one side only. Set the amp for a 4 Ohm output.
