Is Orange PPC212 (Closed back) good fit with Marshall JCM 2000 DSL 100?

I'm mostly influenced by 80's metal (thrash, NWOBHM, Iron Maiden, recently really digging Mastodon). Do you guys think this Amp fits with this cab? Thanks.

Is Marshall JCM 2000 DSL100 has a lot of gain like Dsl40c or is more bassy. I'm asking because a lot of people says that Orange PPC212 cab has a lot of bass. I'm worried about how they'll sound together, or i shouldn't be worried? Thanks for answers.

You'll sound fine. Great, even. Orange cabs make most heads sound better, and the DSL is a good amp.

Mastodon runs Marshalls (or similar) into Orange cabs. You'll be fine like others have said

I challenge you to find a better match for a DSL100 than a 1960AX with Greenbacks.

Marshalls amps on Orange cabs are like mustard on chocolate.
