  • DL4 Delay fun

Have you guys ever been messing around with your DL4 looper and start laying down different rythms and leads without stopping? I got about 10 good loops going before they all ran together and sounded bad. It was pretty fun for me to hear mutiple "tracks" going since I don't ever record any of my stuff . LOL
I get weak in the knees at the sight of a vintage Fender amp!

hey, i made a *career* out of looping! I can sit there for hours! The looping is the #1 reason I got the DL4...I use it for looping acoustic shows, for the electric ones I use an Oberheim Digital Echoplex.

      Some DL4 tricks:
chorus- use a mod delay, delay time 0, mix 50%, slight modulation
overdrive:- use tape delay, turn up the 'tape distortion' (tweak? Tweeze? I don't remember which), delay time 0, and mix 100% wet
auto-wah: sweep echo, delay time 0, mix 100% wet...very fun!!!
