  • The return of AMPZILLA - Pic Warning

This is an appropriatley scruffy pic of my dusty and crusty stash of noisemakers. I LOVE THEM ALL SO DEARLY!! The uglier and dirtier, generally the happier I am. One day I will actually own a digital camera and trust me the amps will look even uglier!

If you just read a post by The Guy Who Invented Fire please understand that opinions change, mind sets change and as players our ears mature...not to mention our needs grow and change. With that in mind, today I may or may not agree with the post you just read!

            Amp HO!

Seriously, you are an amp tone whore! I thought I was bad. The beauty of heads, right? Just stack em up and play through the same cab!

Awesome collection of tube goodies. The first thing I thought was....Kevlar doesn't live in earthquake territory. I'd be scared to have mine stacked up like that!

                      Scott,
I definately prefer 'amp crack ho' cause these is low class all the way. I find these in the alleys and trashbins of trailerparks all around the nation. Celtic huh??? Very inteawesting wabbit... Remember, I get these with the crackho discount, I have a card... It ain't the bluelight special, it's the I ain't got no lights special!

GJ, I have thought often of the earthquake issue, and am glad it ain't an issue, if ya know what I mean!! If you look at the pick, you will clearly see that these amps actually snug right to the ceiling. I laughed when both sides were stacked as they fit perfectly. Now I am wondering where the 3rd stack will satrt???

BCV310, LOL... Perhaps one too many of each....

                          Holy hell, nice rehearsal space!!

I played one amp all through the 90s, now I am like what the hell did I do that for? I use everyone of them, even when I practice I am switching every few minutes. The different tonal colors just keep inspiring me. I could care less about chasing guitars these days, but amps are a whole different thing.
