  • Victoria 2-10 Ivy League Question...

Greetings.... Can anyone tell me if this amp employs any negative feedback? Schematics are non existent.... thnx

The Harvard has negative feedback and that's what it's based on. The feedback resistor is in red.

The Ivy League is a loving recreation of the classic 5F10 Fender Harvard style amplifier. Every aspect of the original model is reproduced in the Ivy League; triple inputs, 6AT6 7 pin preamp tube, twin 6V6 power tubes and a single 10″ speaker. 12″ speaker and V-Front 2×10″ cabinets available.

You could replace one of the pots with a push/pull to disengage/engage the NFB loop.

i used the old ground switch on my deluxe reverb as the neg feedback on/off switch. definitely makes a difference though i dont know if one is better than the other. depends on the application
