I'm personally a fan of the 10", But it seems most like 12" Why is this? I think I just like the tighter sound and zippy response...or is that jsut me?

12's for me and I don't really iknow why except I love the bigger bass. Plus there are so many more options in 12's than 10's.

I would say that there are far more killer 12's on the market than 10's...so it's easier to get a kick ass speaker in a 12, because of that more guys play 12 because, let's face it...no body wants crappy speakers!If you just read a post by The Guy Who Invented Fire please understand that opinions change, mind sets change and as players our ears mature...not to mention our needs grow and change. With that in mind, today I may or may not agree with the post you just read!

I like them both, but an open-backed 4x10 w/alnicos & ceramics combined is damn fine
