It sounds good, if you're into the high gain amp sound. It kind of leans towards a Mesa voicing.
    Ain't nothin' but a G thang, baby.

I tried one out in a GC and wasnt very impressed. Clean channel is very nice but the 2 overdrives are basically the same things, very very little difference between them. To me its a bit too dry and has absoulutly no chugga chugga in it. I was able to get one nice rock sound out of it, but it doesnt cover all the tones i wanted.

What kind of music do you play?

Keep in mind its a tweaky amp. If you want instant gratification, try a tweed Bassman or an old Marshall.

they can sound good when run through a good cabinet. like benj said, they do the high gain thing well and have a mesa-ish voicing.
          gear:

'05 gibson les paul studio vintage mahogany (DiMarzio Super Distortion/ SD Jazz)
'04 gibson SG standard (BurstBucker Pro's)
          mesa/boogie 2-channel dual rectifier (with EL34's)
          marshall 1960A 4x12
          and a few pedals
