  • Frusciante's live pedals/sound

I was watching the Live DVD from the By the Way tour last night, and I really dig his live tone, a combo of classic guitar tone and low-fi goodness. In a couple of shots you see that his effects setup is MASSIVE, all I could pick out was the Line 6 DL-4 and FM-4, and I assume he still has his DS-1 or DS-2. Does anyone have any good pics of the 2003 era pedalboard? What was he using for the creamy lead tone, could that be a Big Muff or will a DS-1 do that with the tone rolled back?
    Oh no.....

    Oh Yeah!

Is he still using a wall of old Marshalls and thet one old BF Dual Showman head?
If you just read a post by The Guy Who Invented Fire please understand that opinions change, mind sets change and as players our ears mature...not to mention our needs grow and change. With that in mind, today I may or may not agree with the post you just read!
