On 22nd March I ordered some parts from Banzai Electronics for a tubescreamer pedal I'm building for someone. They arrived here on the 29th March. After carefully examining the package upon receipt I found that the following aspects of my order were wrong:
I received 1x 1k resistor, I'd ordered 4
There was no 3PDT switch with the effects pedal set (it was missing)
They sent me a 10k pot instead of a 100k one.
So the same day I sent them an email telling them of my issues.
I then get an email:
so I waited for the rest of the week, and the weekend, and still on tuesday night there was no reply - I needed these parts urgently, and the rest of the ones had already taken a full week to arrive (usually packages from Germany take 2-3 days). So I sent them an email again in their 'ticket' service on the website:
so then they reply with this:
wtf? she clearly didn't even read my email. I need these parts before friday, and based on the shipping time for the previous package it looks like I won't get them, nor do they even bother reading my email to find out I need them. ****ing brilliant.

Hi the order arrived today, but there are a few problems with it. Firstly, the 3PDT switch is missing from the 'effects pedal set - low cost'. Secondly, the 100k linear pot that I ordered was replaced with a linear 10k pot. And finally, I ordered 4 1k 1/4w carbon resistors but only 1 was in the packet. The actual packets of the pot and resistors stipulate what was ordered, but the contents don't match the labels.
Is this because you are out of stock of the items (and are sending replacements separately), or is it an error?
