I know most of you have probbaly heard this so I'm sorry for asking but I am having alot of trouble getting a good sound out of my Big Muff (NYC). I want a Chris Wolstenholme type sound but I can't get any good sounds unless my sustain is all the way down. Can I get a sound like his out of the NYC or should I take it back for the Russian? Another question is if I take this one back and get the Russian do the reversed jacks make it tough for your pedal board and is it sturdy. I didn't really care for the plastic jacks but if they hold then I see no problem. Thanks for the help.
