    Alright!

Here are some pictures of my rig in its current state. The DSL is on its way out soon. Just need to decide on its replacement.

i never understood why people cover their guitars with stickers. clutch is an awesome band, but it'd look better on a cab or a guitar case or something

Interesting pup combination you got in your Lp. What kind of music do you play with it?

I have to say that I found a bit of a shame to cover this nice finish with stickers. I did it for a while on my Epi but it was because I found the colour scheme crap. I learned to appreciate it since. I guess it was a grower.

What are you going to replace the DSL with?
          2017 PRS SE Custom 24
2007 MIA Fender Telecaster (The Boss set)
1996 Gibson Les Paul studio (Mississippi Queen n, The Mule b)
1995 Epiphone Les Paul classic (Mississippi Queen set)

          2012 Martin
          2002 Freshman FA 100SC

I play a bit of everything to be honest, mainly various punk/hardcore/rock/metal/experimental stuff.

The current options for the DSL replacement are:
                Ampeg V4
                Sound City L50 Mk4
                Matamp GTL
                Orange Rockerverb

But i'm always on the lookout for loud warm valve heads.

May I also recommend early Hiwatts? Excellent tone for what (I think) you're looking for. Put a nice square-wave fuzz in front and you'll crush, with the option of tremendous clean headroom.

EDIT: Wow, I just realized...that's quite a leap from the front of your board to the back. Ever have any problems hitting those far away pedals?

Yeah, Hiwatt was another option, but they go for big money at the moment. When I saw Pelican a couple of months back, Bryan Herweg was using one. That was some mighty tone right there.

I'm pretty tall, so the pedal board isn't too much of a problem, but its far from the perfect layout I must admit. I'll be upgrading that soon too.
