  • lovepedal or voodoo lab?

i am looking at one of these 2 brands for a vibe pedal. a buddy of mine has the voodoo lab micro vibe so i know what it sounds like. i also like the sound clips on lovepedals site. but lovepedal doesnt have much info on their site about the magic boy. i just want which ever i go with to have a 9 volt adapter jack so i can use my power supply. any info will help out alot.

The microvibe is the best bang for the buck and uses a standard negative tip 9 volt supply IIRC. I had an original univibe and the microvibe does a very good job of replicating it.

The Lovepedal MagicBoy vibe doesn't have a 9v jack. I think you can request to have it put in, but it costs a little more. I have one and absolutely love it, but I'm really contemplating getting it modded for a 9v jack.

Voodoo Lab is an amazing company. I'd recommend anything they put out.

Check out the Tonefactor Nebula at tonefactor.com -- it's like an MXR Phase 45, but it's kinda vibey. Great tone and features for $120.
