Anybody ever done this before? The tolex on my 4x12 is beat to hell and there are huge chunks missing. I was thinking it would be funny to re-do the covering in faux fur, or leopard print. Something ridiculous anyway. Have any of you ever re-covered your cabinets, and if so is it a pain to do? If I'm better off having someone do it for me, do you know of anyone in the Toronto area? Any help would be great fellas.

I need to do that too. This guy's got the goods, but yeah, I need to know if the whole dealio has to be taken apart or what. I think that special glue is involved for adhering the tolex.

You really wanna know?
Jim did the most bestest tutorial of all time. I hope you're not on dialup...
Otherwise the guy who runs Northcoast Music in Cudahy WI does an amazing job for a good price.*Recipient of the 2006 Time Magazine "Man Of The Year" Award*
