    OK - Scott_F

This amp has a killer tone and great club presence.

I am driving it with three pedals; Red Repeat, Plexitone, RCM3 using a one piece ash body, maple/rosewood neck Stratocaster with Fralin pups and Callaham hardware.

Everyone (e.g., Critical musicians) present at the club last night love that combo.

Easily switched from SRV (You better leave my little girl alone), Jimi Hendrix (All along the watch tower), Clapton (Crossroads), ZZ (Old blue jeans), Allman Brothers (One way out), Stones (Under my thumb) and Early Santana (Black magic woman) (Hey, I did not pick out the songs - They are picked by the audience - No Sweet Home or Freebird anyway Hate those songs anyway).

Anyway, getting back to the amp - extremely interactive yet easily set tone, Loud for 15 watts.

Loved jamming with friends, especially since the other guitarist was playing his favorite Les Paul through his 18W Marshall.

Used a PA, but did not really need too. Sound system is good at this club.

Anyway, it's early morning and just got woke up by a freind who was in the audience and wanted to post some of his words with mine.

    Again, great work Scott.

Thanks. How would you compare the 18 watt to the Franklin tone-wise?

      wow.....just wow.

those Celtics are killing me Scott. I want one with a passion but i don't have the attention span to save up for one anymore. I could use one but i don't need one.

The 18 watt Marshall has good tone and can be clean or dirty. It does not have the glassy chime nor headroom that the Franklin has in reserve.

Everyone kept indicating that they loved the Franklin, even Warner who owns the 18 watt marshall.

I already knew that the Franklin had a nice workable tone, having play 001 at Jeff's; but I never expected it the be so much better than the 18 watt Marshall.

        Nuff said?
