                  You do realize that the sound of the Ric is different enough that your wife may well notice (yours might - mine's damn near tone deaf), right?

                    Yupp. That's part of the problem.

                    I am normally not so conscious but she recently discovered that our photography equipment for "her" studio now includes a birdwatching^H^H^H long focal length portrait lens.
