Seymour Duncan bass preamp Knobs / where to buy

Hello everybody, someone knows where can we buy the exact same knobs that came with the STC onboard preamps?, I needed to separate the bass and treble controls because my basses have five holes instead of four, so, I need to put some knobs and I really like the originals... the thing is I haven't found them, and the alternatives are not even close.

Please, help, I've already asked this same question to the customer service and I'm still waiting for the answer... it was made months ago.

I would either call them during business hours, or if you are not in the US, have your dealer call them. They should be available.

thats interesting..... a few months ago I asked that exact same question through the customer service contact page...and got no answer. i tried at least two more times, to no avail
maybe its cos im from the UK.... haha

i eventually gave up.....but actually by the time i had finished my build i decided to replace the SD knobs that came with the tone controls in favour of gloss knobs....so all good


oh yeah and thanks mincer...will keep ur suggestion in mind for next time

Hans, I just wanted to drop in to let you know if you send an email to [email protected] I should be able set you up with the knobs you are looking for as long as you are in the US. Sorry you didn't get an answer to your earlier request, I would recommend checking your junk/spam folder if you run into that issue in the future, we usually return all email requests as long as there is a valid return email address included.

Kirby15, unfortunately we cannot do any direct transactions with customer's in the EU, but if you contact our Distributor in the UK, Rossetti LTD, they can definitely take care of these sorts of requests for our customers in the UK
