Interesting "Tele" Bass.

Once again, found this while looking for something completely different. I've never seen one of these before. Very cool styling with strange bass pups. Love the color, and pretty much everything else about this.

Looks like pretty extreme pickup positions. Not to mention two mudbuckers.

Those are the old Fender wide range bass pickups. They used to offer them on Tele basses in the 80's. Check the pole pieces - staggered, like a P-bass.
