Re: please help
The amp doesn't add sustain, it comes from the guitar. You can try using a compressor, or adding more gain ...Why don't you take your little Cobra Kais and get outta here?!

Re: please help
Nah, an OD will only add noise and won't necessarily add sustain.
It also depends on what kind of guitar you are using. Can I have some more details? Why don't you take your little Cobra Kais and get outta here?!

Re: please help
A TS-9 adds compression as it adds overdrive, which would help with you're sustain. You could also check out a Boss SD-1. Using either of these pedals to overdrive you're amp will boost the gain and help with sustain.
A Big Muff has a ton of sustain, but I doubt it's the distortion sound you're looking for it you're playing alot of Skynyrd type stuff.|| Guitar | Wah | Vibe | Amp ||

Re: please help
I'd like to point out that his guitar gets good sustain on other amps, which would tend to indicate that the problem isn't originating from the guitar.
So suggesting solutions that involve the guitar probably won't help.
Get a good sustaining type overdrive pedal, or a different amp.|| Guitar | Wah | Vibe | Amp ||
