I shamefully have to admit, I have not really heard any of Bloomfield's work- I've always heard about him, and his influence on many but I've never sought outanything- Are the first two PB Blues band albums the ones to grab? If so, can anyone provide the names for me?

I've been listening to a lot of the great Mike Bloomfield lately - especially the first two Paul Butterfield albums. Just wondering what happened to the sunburst Les Paul he made famous. Anyone know?

What's your thoughts on the magnets in it?

An oldie but goodie!

IIRC it was Tele on the first Butterfield record, P90 Les Paul on "East West."

Jeff, you probably have heard mucho Bloomfield on the first two electric Dylan albums!
