  • Need advice on a Agile LP....please.

2500 Goldtop, looks super clean, has duncan jb and 59 in it, has a new SKB case...$415 shipped. What do you think? Are agiles only available online? Thanks

I've heard that they play like the average epiphone, which means it might need a bit of a setup and fret levelling to play really really well. You can buy those guitars for $229.95 new direct from rondo (www.rondomusic.com) plus shipping, unless you visit their new jersey showroom. Mahogany body, maple neck, rosewood board. The pickups new are what? $65 each? So that's like $360 of guitar, not counting whatever repairs and upgrades you'll want to do afterwards.

Agiles are great guitars but that is a horrible price. Get a Al3000 then put in new pickups and it will be the same price that is what
I would do. Also I had an Epi LP custom and my Agiles play 20x better than it did. I might have gotten a crap Epi though who knows. Heres a pic of my les paul.

Your forgetting that he is gonna get a case too. So that is an alright deal IMHO.
