Fender Twin. Might as well get a great clean slate amp since you're not interested in overdrive. Nowadays, more than ever, there are some amazing pedals that will get you into other sonic territories. The Fender Twin has always been one of the top clean amps and I honestly can't think of something that could fit you any better.

I love my Ampeg Reverberocket. Not fancy, but excellent clean tones (and a good distorted channel should you choose to use it). I also find that Ampeg's reverbs are better than a lot of Fender amps- less "Springy" and more "Airy". It's worth trying one out if you can find one in your area before you spend your hard-earned dough.
Carvin SC90 (Jazz neck, CC bridge)
Fender Aerodyne Telecaster (stock pups: tele bridge and p-90 neck)
      Ampeg Reverberocket combo

as much as i hate to say it, solid state amps are better clean amps than tube amps are. when's the last time you saw a tube powered p.a.? the best thing to do is shop around and consider used gear, it's a lot cheaper and, in the case of solid state amps, need little maintenance.
        stuff i use:
        '98 prs custom 22
original 2channel mesa/boogie single rectifier solo head
        marshall 1960 cab
a bunch of other crap not worth mentioning in light of these

          Fender Twin.

I also agree with the solid state thing. Very clean, but not as chimmy.
