Partscaster #3 - Quick and dirty
Decided to throw another one together today. Body is Paulownia, nice and light, and cheap, and renewable. (Trees can be producing wood for bodies within 3 years.) It's very light, so it dings easily, but that makes assembly a snap. Just use longer screws for the bridge and trem and you're good to go. Didn't even drill pilot holes for anything, just took a precision screwdriver where I wanted to go and poked it in and twirled it until I had enough of a hole to start the screws. 
Not sure if it's hot rod red or fiesta red, but it works with black pickguard and hardware:
The bridge is pulled from a newer MIM, so it has the thicker block already. (Previous ones I used brass blocks from GFS.) I took the bridge apart, scuff sanded it, and painted it with Rustoleum's grill paint. Then replaced the fender bent saddles with modern style black ones. Dimarzio Super Distortion installed.
Neck is pulled from a left handed guitar from Rondo. I didn't bother reshaping it like the last one, I just sanded the logo off. Wasn't sure I was going to keep this neck on it:
