    robin guitars rule !!!!!!!!!!!! over the past month or so i have traded/sold some gear and picked up a 93robin medley exotic top (maple+mahogany/rosewood neck) s/h and a 93robin tedley(swampash tele body/rosewood neck) s/h and these things are made to last awesome wood and old school charvel/jackson style necks wide and thin !!!!!!!!! big frets and seymour duncan pickups !!!!! to say these things rock is a major understatement!!!!!!!!!! and they were both under $500 !!! for made in the USA!!!!!!!!!!! buy em' if ya find um!!!!!!!!!

    Wow! I'm surprised to see a guy in CT. who's crazy about a Robin guitar. I thought that it was just a Texas thing.

      well your crazy about HAMER guitars in texas now we are even !! all my other guitars are hamer buy the way they are awesome !!!

        Robins for under $500? Are we talking the same company?

        I've heard great things about them. If I wasn't already happy with my selection, I'd seriously give them a look.

            LOL, Rob. We've got a few here in the local shop. They're great guitars. Now, if I had the money, that's all I would play, but I'll settle for my strat knockoffs and vintage Gibsons.

            Oh how I love that they come stock with Rio Grandes. Second best pickup company.

              Steve Stevens was an advocate of these guitars, too, and he lived right around the corner from me, so some must've migrated to the Northeast.

                i know of 2 that made all the way to CT!!!!!!!!!!! they sound awesome great necks!!!!!!! pretty rare used but if you find one the are great !
