Do tell about the neck pickup?
Glad to give him a well deserved plug: BG (Bryan Gunsher) Pickups aka NorCal Guitars (norcalguitars.com)

The A3 Rock Wind is a traditional tele neck pickup configuration but with alnico 3s and a slightly hot wind, but he will wind to your spec. Also available in a set with an A3 bridge, but I am using a Broadcaster (this could change one day)

Nice articulate cleans and very creamy, chewy tone under gain, for about the price level of your typical SD, Dimarzio etc. Bryan has a strong following over on HCEG and for good reason. Very fair prcing and A#1 service

Looks great. I like the white pickguard with that neck!

        That's a great looking Tele!!!

I absolutely LOVE that fretboard! That's a gorgeous slab of Pau!

So, how come you put the control plate on backwards like all Teles have them?

            Sorry for the scare.

Just my personal preference to reverse the control plate.

I occasionally would hit the pup selector switch and inadvertantly change to the bridge pup just when I didn't want to. I also wanted to have the volume control where I could get to it more easily. Solution...reverse the mounting plate, and place the vol control 1st, then tone, then selector sw.
