So I am heading to the studio to record my bands new CD tomorrow. There are a couple of tracks I've just been hearing a 12 string on. So I asked the owner of the shop here where I do most of my deals and he lent me his own 75 Gibson doubleneck. It's quite a guitar - sort of beautiful but flawed.

That should be sweet to use. A very generous gesture to be sure. Post a pic if you get a chance.....I love the way those look. One of these days I will buy a used Epi version. No justification to spend the money on a real one, at least for me. Yea - he is a generous guy. Of course it helps - not to toot my own horn, ahem - that I am honest, take care of gear and have never let him down as far as purchases, leases, credit etc. Funny how that goes - don't screw people over and they tend to trust you and you are def better off.Blessed is he who expects little for he shall not be disappointed.
