I picked up my Tele yesterday!
It's a MIM FSR in butterscotch and black with maple with the three brass barrel ashtray bridge and the reversed control plate. From arms length or more away it could pass for an AVRI 52 Tele.
I won a gig bag for it on ebay tonight. It's a Kases tweed Tele/Strat bag.
I got this guitar to mod. So I should soon be swapping in a mini-humbucker, a Tele Vintage Stack bridge pup, some middle p'up ( I had one in mind, but I'm re-thinking it now.) and different controls.
The closest commercial version to what I want to end up having is part Pat's Guitars Triple Voodoo and part Brent Mason Signature model.
