I'd say with pretty stong confidence that is a MIM standard pre-2007. I have a 2004 MIM Tele with same fond and serial # placement on the headstock.

na it is MIA... the neck has 22 frets and the truss rod plug is wood not black plastic... it's an American Neck... mid 90's like the others have said sounds right to me for that wine red finnish on the body...
