Baritone vs. Standard scale length

Whats the story?

For low tunings....

Why is Baritone better? Does it create more string tension vs. standard scale length? Strings vibrate at a different rate over the pickups?

Its all about tension and intonation from what I can tell

Length, Tension, Pitch and String Gauge are all relative.. Change one and you've changed one or more of the others..

The Warrior "G" factor Bridge stringing system was/is based on that... the Formula is the same as the one used by the guys that build suspension bridges.

also the Epiphone "frequensator tailpiece" is based on that as well. but they stopped just short of its true potential.
