new tele classic vibe/setup

Hi im new to tele's, so on these bridges can I intonate these at all, i see you can move the saddles back or forth so i take I just try to do both strings at once? Out of box it plays pretty good, just need to loosen the truss rod some to take some bow out then it will be perfect. Fit and finish was excellent!
any advice would be nice, I do my own setups on my SG and les paul but these bright guitars sound a little off. Are the string any good? they are color coded like Daddario's . thanks for any help

With the vintage style "brass barrel" Tele saddles, intonation is never perfect. You have to sort of split the difference between the two strings...it's always a compromise.
