I've haven't played one of these recently, but I've always really liked the set neck models (deluxe i think?). I've heard the quality is quite good as well. So with the usual electronics and PU swaps, this could be a great guitar. I had to restrain a few times to not bid on ebay. I'm a sucker for weird fenders/squiers.
