        I like the blue LP in the original post, although, having been a 58 RI owner for a year now I've become a Custom Shop LP Snob.... lol Once you play one the Gibson USA stuff isn't so appealing anymore.....

          OK, so, so far pretty much everyone likes the idea but no-one likes the exact shade?

          Heh, I'm liking the effort, although I feel an Ebony board would suit it more (and that has nothing to do with the fact that I like Ebony boards more than Rosewood, no siree!!! )
