I read about those recently. They're a Guitar Center Exclusive. I need to get to Nashville and check one out. I heard they go for $1800, which I think is a pretty good deal.

Yeah, they're GC Exclusives. Same with the Explorer, and V. I also heard the same, on the price. But, what I really want to know is, how much for the V?!

The only thing is, if you prefer a '50s, or '60s neck, you're stuck with only one color option. It figures; I'd want the goldtop with a '60s neck, and it only comes with the '50s.

I personally think the black one would look better with a cream/white pickguard and cream/white pickups, but that's no biggie to change.
