  • Sticking Out my Neck for You Guys

Giot this for 195.00. Supposed to be a Jumbo baseball bat neck, w/ a 1& 7/8" wide nut! Jumbo Frets and Warmoth radiused. First neck ive got in quite awhile. If anyone wants a Brazlillian Rsewwod std Thin warmoht radiused neck let me know, casue this one will replace it.

Yup, the boat contour is a baseball bat for sure, 1" thick the entire length. I have one, but not with a nut that wide, but 1 11/16". Super comfortable to play on.

You must have told him you'd give him $175 for it plus the $20 for shipping if he'd end the auction early.

That neck does look pretty fat.

How much you wanting for the other neck? I need something to stick on the RatFink caster I got from Hoss.

That neck is sweet! Perfect dimensions, I wish Fender made more guitars with that profile. Screw all this thin, narrow, "fast" neck bull****. We're grown men and grown men should be playing necks that have some substance to them, not tooth picks.

Im a little concerned about the 1 and 7/8" nut width. Has anyone heard of that much before?

I owned a Warmoth boat neck with a 1 3/4'' before and it was pretty amazing so if it's a hair over that, it ought to be one heck of a neck.

Very cool neck! I have one with similar dimensions and it is very comfortable.

Re: Sticking Out my Neck for You Guys

                          1 & 3/4" is 1 & 6/8" is 1 & 12/16"
                          1 & 7/8" is 1 & 14/16"

                          1 & 3/4" is therefore 1/16" wider than 1 & 11/16"

                          1 & 14/16" is 2/16" or 1/8" wider than 1 & 3/4"

I'd say you've got a George Lynch neck width there, and it's like a Classical IMO.
