i payed off and picked up a Jackson Performer (PS2) friday. it was missing the trem arm assembly, but i have both an old style floyd and schaller style parts. i went with the old style assembly on it. its got 24 frets, the neck looks very clean, so no lemon oil needed! here are a couple of shots before it got worked on.

^the trem was not setting on the posts correctly. fixed that!

^then those claw screws were just a few turns from falling out.

then heres a couple more after i got it it back in shape.

i plan on keeping the old strings on for now. i'm not gigging, so no rush here.
when i do, the trem will get disassembled and cleaned, and i might switch to the schaller trem arm. it plays and sounds real nice! between this and the Rhoads, the PS2 will get modded first.

Hey, great guitar but man, she must have seen better days before her previous owner. Glad to see she's got a better home now!

      Rock on man
