what pots for what function?

Audio taper for volume or tone?

Linear for Tone or volume?

or is it just one type in squiers and fenders?

Audio taper works a lot better for volume, I think.

I generally go for audio taper all round, but linear aren't so bad for tone controls. I just don't like them at all for volume.

ok man,

got a 1 meg tone pot in the strat on the bridge and middle, **** knows what type it is, but it's a mini pot i got from Funk and it works nicely, but i'm going to make them all 1 meg so need to know to order the bits lol
