  • finally got around to finishing this tele project

    I started this so long ago that I can't find the thread...

    Anyways, I took a cheap squier tele that was not taken care of and I put a few good things into it. New wiring, 4 way switch, GFS alnico fat pole pickups, roller string tree, stripped all paint and refinished in a thin semi gloss, flat black guard. I love the way it looks and sounds now.

            That looks ****ing awesome, man. Nice job. The finish looks pretty damn smooth.
            I remember calloused hands and paint-stained jeans, and I remember safe-as-houses self-belief.
