Ouch. Out with the bad and in with the even worse! I am not digging it at all. It looks too "techie." Why not just get "non-aged" keystones?

Were those originals really green keys? They don't look it in the photos.

I think you're haveing a win, mate. That thing looks real classy now. Gibson greenies, as you call them, are the turds of tuners, IMHO.

I like the original. It suits the guitar better.

The black tuners really make the gold color pop. If you like that look go for it.

The 'Greenies' look better and more correct IMO. The 'classic' LP look, ya know?

Nice look. I would have gone with the rectangular back ones myself with the metal tuning head if I actually were to change mine.

But I never have so I give you kudos for making the upgrade.

I like the originals better but the black doesn't look bad.
