New mock-up with inverted zebra bobbins and cut-off Tele beidge. Most Duncans and DiMarzios I have seen offer zebra humbuckers with a cream slug coil; so, I changed my design.

That's the look for me!!

Okay, I have decided on the pickups. I will go with a JB/Jazz set in zebra. I'll also use 250k pots. I'm also going to do this wiring.

Looks great and will be a fantastic alternative to your "Tele" Tele.

I prefer the look of the Wilkinson bridge to the Strat-type one. I have a Wilkinson Tele bridge and those compensated saddles work great.

Dont mean to go against everything, but why not just get push pulls for each pot and have more options. Also the original tele-gib had a 3 way toggle which could also be cool

I like it. Personally I'd go for the Wilkinson 'cutoff' 3 saddle compensated bridge, which would give a similar set up to the original.

Had push-pulls on a lot of guitars. They wear out pretty quick under my heavy use. I like switching anyway.
