  • Question about modifying this pickguard

If I get a guitar like this, would it be possible to retrofit ( Duncan) Jazzmaster pickups into this pickguard?. Routing the guitar to accept the Jazzmaster pickups wouldn't be an issue.

you can probably get the material from GFS to trace the outside of this one and
make the pickups anything you want

Orpheo can have it . lol. This ain't the one I'm gonna get exactly, just the same body and pickguard.
I wouldnt attempt to cut a pickguard. Are there any services that do such?
Preferably I could just put thhe Jazzmasters in that very gaurd ?

Maybe...if not you could just order a custom guard...send the stock guard to WD and have them make you one custom for the pickups you want to use but FWIW, by the time you get a custom guard and new pickups and route the body out you'll have enough money in that guitar that you could have bought a Jazzmaster...
