    Has Charvel ever....

    ...made a guitar that looks like their logo?

    It just seems weird that a company so well known for superstrats and the star has a logo that looks like an LP doublecut.

        cool concept, maybe, but I dunno how well it'd sell.

        Superstrats are the polar opposite of an LP doublecut style guitar, and superstrats is what everyone knows and loves Charvel for. Would you buy a strat made by Gibson? or a Dobro made by Jackson?

              I dont know about a LP double cut but I used to own a Charvel Surfcaster that was about as un Charvel as you could get. Semi hollow with lipstick tube pickups... Was a sweet deal should have held onto it

                    Then why arent Hamer and others afraid? The legal precedent has already been established and for that matter Gibson suing PRS over single cuts is one of the cases that established how close a shape can be.
