All of them, with HB-size P-90's. Yes, there should be more 335's from the factory with P-90's, but there's nothing wrong with retro-fitting. I've done this myself; one Dot with a pair of Lollars, and another with a Phat Cat neck (A5/A4) and a '57 Classic bridge.

Michael Dolsey makes a 335 with twin soap bars, and Epiphone has the P-93, with triple dog ears and a Bigsby. Both are semi-hollow.

True singles will most probably sound poor in a semihollow.....would probably be farty and weak.
P90's are the go for semi's. The wind can get to quite low output overall (7.5k bridge), but the fat nature of the typical p90 tone works well even then. Humbucker sized p90's are a very different beast to true p90's.
I've just ordered some custom ones from Zhangbucker and the cover was the main sticking-point, plus the wire gauge on the bridge pickup had to be bumped to 43 from 42 to get enough turns on it even for a low output wind.

Technically, P-90's are the single coil, they were on production guitars before Leo shrunk his down to save a couple bucks.

The stock P-90's on them are decent. P-93's come in wine red, white, and gold. Nice guitars.
