  • Epis using grovers?

Hey guys, well, as expected i got an epiphone les paul clasic with a quilted top. Anyway, its advertised on musicians friend as having those crappy vintage tuners, but mine came with grovers . i also found it interesting that they use alnico magnets in the pickups, which is nice. there's not really any point to this post, but i found it interesting.

I have a Gothic with Grovers. They've been really reliable thus far, which is more than I can say for the saddles and fretwork (saddles wore down fast and some frets had to be re-glued).

if i 'm not mistaken,i think epi is switching from vintage to Grover tuners.. at the music store that i often go to,almost all epis on display come with Grovers ..
